THE CEDARJET PAGES

By Wassim Chemaitelli

BEIRUT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, MARCH 1968

The starting document for this page is the Beirut International Airport Timetable, as it appeared in the " Welcome to Lebanon and the Middle East" tourist publication, issue March 1968. The publication contained information on accomodation, restaurants and touristic spots in Lebanon, as well as a section on Kuwait.

The last 12 pages make up the timetable. They reflect BEY's activity during that golden age.

Plane-spotting was a national sport in Beirut during the golden age of the late sixties and early seventies. Copyright unknown.

The following tables show the cities to which direct flights were operated from BEY, the airlines that operated these flights with information on the aircraft used for the flight, and the different routings.
