MEA TIMETABLE, OCTOBER 1956.
This document is based on MEA's page of the OAG airline timetable system guide book, effective October 1956. The airline witnessed great expansion that year, with the introduction of key European destinations to the network: London, Paris, Zurich and Vienna joined the destinations already served by MEA in Europe, namely Istanbul, Athens and Rome.

The airline's headquarters were located in Abdul Aziz Street,

This table features the eastbound flights of MEA's all Viscount
European operations.
In 2000, MEA's flight number 212 was still attributed to the
Paris-Beirut sector...
MEA's dense regional network was operated with both Dakotas (Aleppo, Jerusalem, Nicosia and Kuwait ) and Viscounts (Dhahran, Jeddah and Bahrain).
MEA's routes to Iraq, Iran, Egypt and Turkey were also flown with Viscounts
.
MEA was certainly proud of its network's expansion in 1956 and
of its state of the art fleet of Viscounts.
